What youll be doing:
Manage guest complaints and ensure opening, closing, and cleanliness.
Handle reservations and table assignments, monitor staff, and enhance guest experiences.
Maintain equipment and be aware of revenue and forecasts.
Understand business targets and promote resource economy.
Monitor staff and uphold core values and conduct.
Foster motivation, conduct training, and assist as needed.
