The Company

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager to join a young start up with experienced leaders and backers looking to launch and operate a range of games in the crypto space.You will play a pivotal role in selecting the tools, shaping and delivering CRM strategies, email marketing campaigns, and digital communications to drive engagement and retention across the player journey. You will ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all digital touchpoints.The Role:

This role is both strategic and hands on and you will need to understand the motivations, needs and insights of players and integrate them into a comprehensive multi-channel communication strategy.

  • Develop a comprehensive customer communication strategy for the assigned lifecycle stage and tailored to the brand, product and player.
  • Select and implement the best CRM tools for the business.
  • Develop processes and procedures to ensure CRM best practice and alignment
  • Ensure and develop the best customer journeys related to registrations, KYC and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Map out personalised customer journeys across multiple channels (email, website, SMS, outbound etc) to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Utilise customer data to segment audiences effectively and identify opportunities for personalisation, leveraging CRM tools and analytics platforms
  • Tailor content messaging and offers based on player preferences, behaviour, and lifecycle stages
  • Ownership of the end-to-end CRM lifecycle campaigns, covering designing, building, proofing, testing, and sending of automated campaigns to drive incremental value.
  • Articulate and present data and learnings effectively to key business stakeholders - providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimise personalisation strategies, messaging, and content delivery for maximum impact and effectiveness.
  • Maintain GDPR compliance and ensure data security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM and personalisation to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Skills and Experience:

  • Direct experience in the delivery of CRM communications across multiple platforms and channels
  • Proven leader in using data to inform life cycle-led multi-channel campaigns
  • Advanced working knowledge of CRM Tools, creative optimisation, data management, identifying player-level insights and multi-channel functionality
  • Natural curiosity to understand customer needs through profiling and direct-marketing principles including AB test design and analytics
  • Experience within the online crypto gaming sector and an interest in its product offering is desirable
  • Results-driven marketer with proven quantitative and analytical skills
