As a Assistant Master Chef you will be responsible to assist the Master Chef to carry out activities pertaining to all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operation.

As a Assistant Master Chef you will:
- Takes responsibility of the management of the kitchen in the absence of the Master Chef
- Assists the Master Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
- Responsible for the daily ordering of produce to service the customer
- Ensures the cleanliness of all work and storage areas.
- Checks all food products in the Kitchen to ensure standards are being adhered to.
- Ensures all raw materials are fresh and consumable
- Adheres to all policies and procedures of the kitchen (food safety & health and safety)
- Controls costs by minimizing spoilage, wastage and exercising portion control
