Philippe Conticini is a well established bakery in London with 3 shops looking to expand his team andaims to provide a warm and welcoming environment, inspired by the classic concept of the French well known branch in Paris. We will fulfil the need of every household craving exceptional quality and consistency, delivering simple and fresh product to our customer. All bread and pastries will be
baked in our production site and freshly delivered to our multiple location.
We are looking for a Baker and a Pastry Chef to join our team.
This role will be based in our production site in Islington.
The main role of this position is:
- Prepare a range of products, including Fresh Croissant and Viennoiserie, Pastries, Cakes and tart, depending on which role you can assure.
- Able to prepare high volumes ensuring consistency and high quality standards. ?
- Maintain hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines at all times
- Constant check of stock
- Approachable and friendly towards the team and always happy to learn new products
- Reporting any issues with the line manager
