We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our team and bring their creativity to our kitchen.
Position Overview:
As our Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our unique Middle Eastern brunch dishes to the highest standard. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on quality and presentation. This is a full-time role offering social hours, perfect for someone looking to balance their culinary passion with a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Middle Eastern-inspired breakfast and brunch dishes
- Ensure all food is presented and served to high standards
- Assist in menu development and innovation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Manage stock levels and ingredient freshness
- Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth service during peak hours
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of culinary experience, ideally in a breakfast or brunch setting
- Passion for Middle Eastern cuisine and creative cooking
- Strong attention to detail and a flair for presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional food
