What We're Looking For:
- A Level 2 Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene (or be willing to get one within 1 month)
- C&G 7061/2 or an NVQ in a similar field
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking practices and food safety
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage food prep independently
- Willingness to complete a DBS check

- Five days on a rota basis, including no more than 1 in 3 weekends
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold foods like breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts
- Follow Health & Safety and Food Safety policies
- Build positive relationships with everyone who uses the catering services, including patients, visitors, and staff
- Represent the catering service with a friendly, inclusive attitude
