What We're Looking For:

  • A Level 2 Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene (or be willing to get one within 1 month)
  • C&G 7061/2 or an NVQ in a similar field
  • Up-to-date knowledge of cooking practices and food safety
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage food prep independently
  • Willingness to complete a DBS check

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of hot and cold foods like breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts
  • Follow Health & Safety and Food Safety policies
  • Build positive relationships with everyone who uses the catering services, including patients, visitors, and staff
  • Represent the catering service with a friendly, inclusive attitude
