The Chef de Partie will be supporting the onsite Head Chef withthe day to day running of the kitchen within a team of 4 Chefs. The Chef de Partie will be supporting the team with the production/service of hospitality and retail dining to a high standard.
This is an excellent role for an ambitious Chef de Partie to show off and utilise skills of bold flavours, seasonal menu creation and presentation.
