This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef De Partie to join this highly respected and successful restaurant, which holds 3 AA Rosettes. Youll work closely with a forward thinking and inspiring Head Chef, who will support with your continued career development.
As Chef De Partie, youll work within a team of 20 Chefs, taking responsibility for a section for la carte service for up to 150 covers. Youll be creating modern European cuisine, using the finest seasonal ingredients, with everything made in house.

What were looking for in a Chef De Partie
Previous experience as a Chef De Partie within high-end 2-3 AA Rosette.
Knowledge of modern European cuisine.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (straight shifts).
A positive and optimistic attitude, someone who will have the back of their colleagues.
The desire to challenge themselves and hunger for learning.
