As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen brigade. You will work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure the highest standards of food quality are maintained.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant
- A strong passion for working with seafood and a good understanding of different cooking techniques.
- Eagerness to learn and develop.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
