The role
As a chef departieyou will run a section in the kitchen, you will prep your fridge and cook inservice youwill be using great fresh fish and meats, cooking a good range of dishes. This role will include all the normal chef departieduties.

Experience
We are looking for a chef departiefrom a fresh food background, with a passion for local and seasonal produce. you will have good knife skills and enjoy cooking a range of dishes.
