Location: Golf Club in the Heart of Wimbledon!!

Salary: £30,000

Shift patterns:  08.00 – 16.00/ 5 days out of 7/ rota base/ full time- 40 hrs- plus additional evenings on occasion of special events & weddings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes across all sections.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver menus to the highest standard.
  • Ensure kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role –either contract catering/ a high-end restaurant or club setting.
  • Passion for cooking with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of modern culinary techniques.
  • Ability to work without close supervision
  • Good communication and customer service skills and Enthusiasm to develop and grow your own skills
