Orasay is a beautiful, ambitious but also warm and friendly neighbourhood restaurant in Notting Hill, seasonal and produce led from around the UK. Orasay had its last service at the 31.12.2025 relaunching at the 7th January as Dove, a more modern, affordable restaurant.

Dove will be lead by the same fantastic team joined actively by owner chef Jackson Boxer.

Job requirements

  • Experience in a similar role in a busy restaurant
  • Passionate about great food and seasonal produce. Working with exceptional quality fish and meat.
  • Good personality and a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Consistent and reliable and an excellent team player

Job description

  • Able to run a specific section of the kitchen efficiently, ensuring all of the prep is completed within the time frames to the expected high standard
  • Reporting to Sous Chef and Head Chef
  • Experience with cooking fish and meat preferred
  • Experienced chef able to run and manage kitchen and support seniors
  • Maintaining our standards of quality, presentation and cleanliness
