This position will be working in Dovetale, by two Michelin Star Chef Tom Sellers, opened in July 2023, located at 1 Hotel Mayfair; Londons very first mission-driven luxury hotel, setting the standard for a new kind of luxury experience that aims to positively impact the planet. Dovetale, is positioned on the corner of Piccadilly and Berkeley Street, nestled amongst the newly walkable Dover Yard. The restaurant offers a responsibly-sourced, produce-led la carte menu, bolstered by dishes cooked over the grill, and an abundant raw bar. Seasonally led cooking and the finest produce from across the UK are at the heart of the restaurant. Tom Sellers is joined by a stellar line up of talent, including Tom Anglesea as Executive Head Chef of 1 Hotel Mayfair and Dovetale and Nick Greives as Dovetale's Head Chef.

Were currently looking for a seasoned Chef De Partie who thrives within a mission-driven environment, creates change through culinary innovation, and is a proven and effective leader, with the talent and desire to imagine unique, locally-sourced, unforgettable dishes. • Passionate about food and a minimum of 2-5 years of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledgeable of culinary operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
