We are recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie to join a strong brigade in a modern French/European Bistro in central London.
Catering for up to 350 covers on a busy day, the ideal candidate will be a strong CDP with experience in high volume restaurants. It will be ideal if you have experience in French cuisine.
Working 4 days on, 3 days off each week, 45 - 46 hours a week and 1 - 2 weekends off a month.
The restaurant is closed on Sundays, bank holidays, all Easter weekend and the whole Christmas period, so it offers a great work life balance.
