We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie for a modern French/European Bistro located in central London.
The ideal candidate should have experience in high volume restaurants, preferably with a background in French cuisine.
This position requires 2-3 years of relevant experience in the culinary field.
The role involves working 4 days on and 3 days off, totaling 45-46 hours per week, with 1-2 weekends off each month.
The salary is competitive, and the restaurant offers a great work-life balance with closed days on Sundays, bank holidays, and during the Christmas period.

We are recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie to join a strong brigade in a modern French/European Bistro in central London.

Catering for up to 350 covers on a busy day, the ideal candidate will be a strong CDP with experience in high volume restaurants. It will be ideal if you have experience in French cuisine.

Working 4 days on, 3 days off each week, 45 - 46 hours a week and 1 - 2 weekends off a month.

The restaurant is closed on Sundays, bank holidays, all Easter weekend and the whole Christmas period, so it offers a great work life balance.
