We are looking for a Chef de Partie for a modern European Bistro in central London.

Working in a small team, you will work in various sections of the kitchen.

4 days on, 3 days off (week one: 4 doubles, week 2: 3 doubles one early)

At least 1 weekend off a month, sometimes 2

Closed all bank holidays, Easter weekend and the whole Christmas period

You should have experience in working in a fast paced environment.
