We are Looking fora Chef de Partie for our new restaurant.
The Azteca project is highlights from both Mexican and Japan cuisine, brought together on one large charcoal grill in the heart of Battersea.
This is a fantastic opportunity for young chefs to take their experience to the next level. You will be guided by and supported by the head and sous chef with the day to day running of the sections. Working with a stunning amount of fresh British products from around the country and balanced with a array of international product form both Mexico and Japan.
