Sonic Summary

We are seeking a chef de partie for our French semi-gastronomic restaurant.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role at a two-rosette restaurant.
A good knowledge of French cuisine is essential for this position.
The kitchen brigade consists of 10 members, and there are 7 shifts per week.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, holding British nationality or UK settlement status.
