Our client is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their team. This role requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications, ensuring quality and presentation meet the establishment's standards.
  • Station Management: Oversee a specific section (e.g., pastry, grill, sauté) and manage all aspects of that station during service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Inventory Control: Assist in managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
  • Training: Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and apprentices, providing guidance on techniques and safety standards.
  • Quality Control: Monitor food quality and portion sizes to ensure consistency and compliance with health regulations.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
