- Lunch and dinner - up to 110 covers with outdoor terrace
- Salary up to£37,000 per annum (negotiable)
- Fantastic project, strong chef team, and brand-new kitchen & equipment
- Rota of 3 doubles, 1 single shift, and 3 days off (finish before 11:00pm)
The idealChef de Partiemust be passionate and have a background in fine dining, Michelin star restaurants, or private members club, as the food will be quality. You will be creative and supportive in this exciting new opening project and collaborate with your Head Chef in menu tastings.
