Chef de Partie Private Members Club Mon-Fri

Our client is a highly prestigious Private Members Club in London, which is offering £35,000 plus bonus for a Chef de Partie to work in their Fine Dining kitchen. This position requires a Chef de Partie with experience in Fine Dining or Luxury Hotel Kitchen. The role involves both a la carte service as well as banqueting. The kitchen creates and serves dishes, using seasonal fresh ingredients, to the high standards expected by the members.


As a Chef de Partie you will take ownership of your sections mise-en-place in terms of quantity and quality. You will also ensure that food is cooked and presented as to the high standard expected of this luxury kitchen.This is a great opportunity to learn and develop in a solid brigade of professional chefs. The chefs work 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The kitchen is closed on weekends, Christmas and Bank Holidays.

The ideal candidate will have:

A background in a Fine Dining 2/3AA Rosette kitchen or 5* Hotel.

A passion for working and cooking with the finest fresh ingredients.

Ambition and a desire to learn and progress in an exciting kitchen environment.

Confidence when working under pressure in an a la carte kitchen.

Excellent communication skills.

Eligibility to work in the UK.
