Role Overview: As a Chef de Partie at Nathalie Mayfair, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, overseeing a specific section of the kitchen. Your expertise will ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that align with our commitment to excellence. Collaborating closely with the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef, you will contribute to menu development and uphold the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.
- Mise en Place Management: Ensure all preparatory work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Quality Control: Maintain cleanliness and organization within your section, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and communicate any shortages or needs to senior chefs promptly.
