CDP Well Renowned Restaurant

A Star Management have a very exciting opportunity for the right candidates to join our client team of Chef de Partie. Our style of cooking is Classic Tuscan Cusine respectful of tradition.


THE POSITION

  • An opportunity to work in a long standing kitchen
  • As CDP you will run a section of the kitchen, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes taking responsibility for all dishes coming out from your section whilst ensuring consistent presentation and memorable guest experiences
  • Experience in Italian cooking is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Opportunity to learn a new cuisine at the highest level.
  • Experience in a busy fine dining restaurant is preferred.

Experience:

  • restaurant: 2 years (Required)
  • Line Cook: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Duties:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
  • Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
