Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie Hot Kitchen Specialist to join our fast-paced, international kitchen team. Under the guidance of our experienced Head Chef, you will master the art of preparing and presenting high-quality dishes efficiently and consistently. You will play a key role in both daily service and special events, ensuring our guests enjoy the quality and excellence they expect from Steins Berlin.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the hot kitchen section, specializing in grill and pan cooking.
- Prepare and plate well-presented, high-quality dishes with efficiency and consistency.
- Assist in the preparation of canapés, hot dishes, and buffets for receptions and private events.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high-income regulars and event guests.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Manage stock and supplies for your section and assist with ordering.
- Help foster a strong international team spirit.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie with experience in either German or Eastern European kitchen.
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen, ideally catering to high-income clientele or event receptions.
- A passion for delivering beautifully presented, high-quality food efficiently.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of German and/or English to facilitate effective communication within the team.
- A desire to learn and grow under the guidance of our experienced Head Chef.
- Culinary qualifications are desirable but not essential with relevant experience.
