We have a great opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie, who will join our professional Kitchen team in Holland Park in Central London W11.
The restaurant will be closed the 23rd, 24th and 25th of December. You will also be off from the 31st of December until the 9th of January.
The Chef de Partie, serves Mediterranean cuisine, is extremely popular with the local neighborhood and since opening has received numerous acclaims for the quality of the food and service.
The Chef de Partie will only work with the freshest and seasonal ingredients.
There is a supportive kitchen team of 5-6 Chefs and a great Head Chef to learn from.
The ideal Chef de Partie will produce Mediterranean cooking and only use seasonal produce.
The working Rota is done 1 month in advance and the Chef de Partie will receive:
Salary up to £38,000 per year.
Work 48 hours per week and over 5 days.
2 days off per week
