I am looking for a Chef de Partie with 2 to 3 Rosette experience. Required to run this high-quality service for up to 80 covers in a Fine Dining restaurant setting. All items butchered & made on site. Great provenance story and a great role for someone willing to learn more about butchery and the preparation of meats.
