This Deputy Chef Manager will cater for a breakfast service, and lunch service. You will work in a team of 4 in the kitchen and within a overall team of 7. You will cater for up to 300 on a daily basis. There is a Hot Meat Option and Veg/Vegan at lunch as well as Salad Bar.The Deputy Chef Manager will need experience in ordering, H&S and good knowledge of Allergens, Also you will assist with stock takes. The working hours will be 6am to 2pm or 7.30am to 4pm on a rotating shift pattern so you must be flexible and be able to travel to NW London for a 6am startThere is no parking available on site but space for Motorbikes or Bicycles, the nearest tube is around a 10 minute walk awayWe are looking for a Deputy Chef Manager who is experienced in leading small teams and confident in running the kitchen operation. A background in contract catering is preferred but not essentialThis is a lovely little site for a Deputy Chef Manager to take on in a prestigious location. At present you will also be responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen along with your front of house team member who also supports with this. There is a front of house manager.
