Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Manage: Oversee a team of the kitchen and 6 FOH staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive working environment.
- Menu Development: Create balanced, nutritious meals tailored to our clientele, prioritizing quality and variety.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization, adhering to all regulations.
- Budget & Stock Control: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
- Customer Focus: Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent, top-quality meal production.
