Key Responsibilities:
As a Demi Chef de Partie at China Tang, you will:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of traditional Chinese dishes to the highest standard.
Support the Chef de Partie and Senior Chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in your section.
Ensure proper storage and stock rotation of ingredients.
Work efficiently under pressure and within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with Chinese cuisine.
A passion for food, teamwork, and high standards.
Ability to follow instructions and work within a structured team.
Eligible to work in the UK.
