We are looking for a sophisticated and innovative Executive Chef to spearhead the culinary direction of a new luxury private members' club in Belgravia. The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, from menu development to staff management, ensuring a flawless execution that incorporates global culinary trends and premium ingredients. The individual will collaborate closely with the Managing Director to uphold the clubs elite status, providing bespoke dishes for distinguished clientele. They will also be responsible for building relationships with suppliers to source the highest-quality produce and working closely with the management team to achieve the clubs vision of being a culinary leader in London.

Work closely with club management, sommelier and events teams to craft exceptional dining experiences, from intimate dinners to large-scale events.
Continuously explore new culinary techniques and trends to keep the clubs dining offerings fresh, exciting and exclusive.
Lead and inspire a team of chefs, fostering creativity and teamwork.
Oversee food quality, presentation and consistency.
Manage kitchen budgets and labour costs.
Ensure food safety and kitchen hygiene standards are met.
Engage with members, providing personalised dining experiences.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Chef Director or Executive Chef in a high-end/luxury hotel or private members club.
A strong creative flair and passion for pushing culinary boundaries while maintaining impeccable standards.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Highly organised and motivated under pressure, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Exceptional knowledge of global culinary trends, sourcing practices and kitchen management.
Strong business acumen, with experience managing budgets, suppliers and operational efficiency.
