You will have a minimum of 4-5 Years experience as an Exec in a property ideally with a minimum of 80 bedrooms and multi-outlet facilities..
Previous experience in the Channel Islands is also very beneficial.
You will be working closely with the General Manager and Head of F/B to develop the Kitchen, Menus and your Team.
