The Role and Professional Profile
We are looking for an Innovative and detail-oriented Executive Pastry Chef with over 5 years of experience in the culinary arts, specializing in creating exquisite desserts and pastries for high-end dining establishments, including Michelin-starred restaurants.
You must be able to combine classical techniques with contemporary flair, and to have the ability to create and elevate the dining experience through artistry and precision
You will also be responsible for enhancing our afternoon tea offering, hotel amenities. Experience in chocolate work is also essential
You must be able to develop your teams creative style, while building a stimulating an exciting environment within the department.
