Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a talented kitchen brigade to deliver outstanding dishes for high-profile events.
- Develop innovative, seasonal menus tailored to bespoke client requirements.
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and service.
- Manage supplier relationships to source premium, sustainable ingredients.
- Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Work closely with event planners and clients to create unique and memorable dining experiences.
- Monitor budgets, food costs, and inventory to maximize profitability.
- Train, mentor, and develop the kitchen team to uphold excellence.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in luxury catering or high-end event settings.
- Expertise in creating bespoke menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
