As aHead Chefyou must be passionate and have a background in fine dining, Michelin star restaurants, or private members club, with a great understanding of Italian and British cuisine, menu development, food costing, Rota, and managing a brigade for around 12 chefs. Lots of creative input into the menu for the right Head Chef.
You will be creative and supportive, and collaborate with your Head Chef.
