What Youll Do:

As our Head Chef, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and inspiring the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.

  • Creating and developing innovative menus while ensuring profitability and seasonal variety.

  • Managing kitchen operations, including stock control, budgeting, and waste management.

  • Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met and maintained at all times.

  • Collaborating with suppliers to source the best ingredients at competitive prices.

  • Training and mentoring junior chefs, fostering growth and skill development.

  • Monitoring kitchen performance to maintain high efficiency and minimize food costs.

  • Working closely with front-of-house teams to provide a seamless dining experience for guests.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chefin a high-paced environment.

  • A deep understanding of culinary techniques, menu development, and food presentation.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced kitchen.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
