What Youll Do:
As our Head Chef, you will be responsible for:
Leading and inspiring the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.
Creating and developing innovative menus while ensuring profitability and seasonal variety.
Managing kitchen operations, including stock control, budgeting, and waste management.
Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met and maintained at all times.
Collaborating with suppliers to source the best ingredients at competitive prices.
Training and mentoring junior chefs, fostering growth and skill development.
Monitoring kitchen performance to maintain high efficiency and minimize food costs.
Working closely with front-of-house teams to provide a seamless dining experience for guests.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience as a Head Chefin a high-paced environment.
