What You'll Do:
Lead a small, talented kitchen team.
Develop seasonal, cheese-inspired menus.
Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen operations.
Ensure high food quality and kitchen efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
Passion for British ingredients and creative cooking.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Knowledge of cost control and stock management.
