Lead by hands on approach and example
Menu development and engineering to include seasonal specials
Train and re-train all chefs as appropriate and develop the team members.
As this is a 24/7 operation, some night shifts will be required
Ensure menu specifications are all up to date and correct, and followed by the team
Ensure allergen folders are always up to date
Liaise with suppliers for best prices
