Looking for experienced Chef
- Strong ability to produce delicious simple dishes, with consistency and within a reasonable time
- Enjoying working in a small team and willing to work alone if business needs
- Ability to cost dishes, achieve GP, complete stock and ordering
- Responsible for Food Safety compliance and records
- Minimum 3 years as Sous Chef 1 year as Head Chef
Base Salary £15 per hour + Tronc
