About you:
You are a highly talented, passionate and experienced Head Chef. Possesses excellent eye for detail for every plate that is prepared. Be a Team player and lead by example.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Work closely with the other Head Chef and Senior Management
- Ensure food cost and budgets are in line with the overall costings
- Adhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Commitment to delivering exceptional quality
- Proficiency in culinary arts, food production, and kitchen management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a Team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience of ordering ingredients and quality control
- Rota management
- Cost control and producing final reports
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
