The Head Chef will be working with organic food, serving the freshest seasonal ingredients sourced from organic local farmers & growers. The successful candidate will be well rehearsed in working with fresh ingredients cooking from scratch.
The ideal Head Chef will be experienced, who strives to deliver high standards with an exceptional eye for detail.
The successful Head Chef will receive an annual salary of up to £60,000 for 45 hours of work per week
This is a fast-paced kitchen requiring a strong leader with fantastic organisation & planning skills to deliver excellent service.
