- Work closely with the executive team to create a distinctive menu aligned with our luxury brand.
- Source and use the finest ingredients to craft artisanal creations.
- Manage stock, ordering, and budget while maintaining impeccable kitchen standards.
- Lead, train, and inspire a small team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- A highly skilled Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Sous with experience in high-end patisserie, luxury hotels, or fine dining.
- Passionate about innovative pastry techniques and seasonal ingredients.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, and meticulous approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
