We are looking for a passionate and skilled Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef with a background in fine dining, ideally within AA rosette restaurants or private members' clubs. You should possess strong knowledge of both Italian and British cuisine, with expertise in food costing, rota management, and leading a team of approximately 12 chefs. You will be supported by a dedicated senior team and work with top-quality suppliers, with excellent scope for career progression within the company.
