Role Highlights:
- Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of 5-8, ensuring top-quality food production and creative presentation.
- Menu & Operations: Develop exciting, seasonal menus, handle inventory, and manage orders.
- Health & Safety: Oversee kitchen compliance with HACCP, allergen policies, and cleanliness standards.
- Communication & Development: Work closely with front of house and bar teams; train and mentor kitchen staff to excel.
What Youll Bring:
- Experience: At least 12 months as a head chef, sous chef, or kitchen manager in a high-volume kitchen.
- Skills: Strong leadership, cooking expertise, menu planning, and team management.
- Passion: A love for culinary creativity and team motivation.
