The Role
As a Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef at Tramp Club, you will:
- Be responsible for designing, preparing, and presenting a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods to the highest standard.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and culinary team to create innovative and seasonal dessert menus that complement our offerings.
- Oversee the pastry kitchens operations, ensuring the quality, consistency, and presentation of all items.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
- Train, mentor, and inspire junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef in a high-end or fine-dining establishment.
- Exceptional creativity and flair for producing exquisite desserts and pastries.
