The role:
Working within the Pastry team of one of Londons most respected 5 Star Hotels. As a Pastry Chef De Partie, you will support the Executive Pastry Chef in delivering consistently high standards of patisserie mis-en-place and service for the Restaurants, Banqueting, Bar and Room Service.

About You:
Were looking for a classically trained Pastry Chef De Partie who has gained experience within leading hotels or restaurants. Everything is made in house so you need knowledge of a variety of hot and cold desserts, ice creams, tempered chocolate, and larger scale mis-en-place for events.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential for this role. The rota will consist of 5 shifts per week, starting at 9am or 2pm.
