Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a range of exquisite pastries, desserts, pizzas and baked goods that align with the restaurants concept.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to design seasonal dessert menus that showcase creativity, flavor, and presentation.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and costing for pastry ingredients to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in pastry techniques and production.

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel.
