The Club
Situated in 42 acres of landscaped grounds adjacent to the River Thames in Fulham, The Hurlingham Club is recognised as one of the worlds finest private member clubs. Since its opening in 1869, The Hurlingham Clubs croquet and tennis lawns, botanical gardens and stately Georgian Clubhouse have made it a sought-after destination for exclusive sporting and social activities.

The Department
There are three kitchens at the Club, with an additional restaurant and concept scheduled to open in June 2025.
The Main Kitchen prepares and cooks food for all member/non-member and corporate functions in the Events Suites. It also assists with the food preparation in other outlets, including the Pool Bar and BBQs between May and September. Within the Main Kitchen, there is a dedicated pastry kitchen which prepares and bakes pastries, desserts, and other baked goods for events and Club venues.
The Harness Room Kitchen offering a relaxed menu exclusively for members and their guests, providing light breakfasts, lunches and a more formal evening offering.
The Polo Bar Kitchen prepares a light menu and dinner seven days a week.
The Brasserie Kitchen (opening June 2025) offering modern British cuisine during lunch and dinner service for members and their guests.
The Role
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in a prestigious, high-end environment, working with a dynamic and passionate kitchen team under the guidance of a team-oriented, high-standard, and renowned Executive Chef.
Hours Average of 40 hours per week on a roster basis over five days, including early, late and weekend shifts. Additional hours are compensated with hourly overtime payments.
Salary £34,911 per annum (hourly overtime rate: £16.78).

Candidates should have previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen and a strong desire to enhance their expertise and grow professionally.
