We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, passionate, and hardworking Pastry Junior Sous Chef, who will join our clients operation based in West London.
The ideal candidate will be a Pastry Junior Sous Chef, but we will also consider an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie or a Pastry Senior Chef de Partie.
The restaurant specializes in modern fine Italian cuisine, and everything is made from fresh.
This is a busy and upmarket operation, and extremely popular with the local clientele.
The Pastry Junior Sous Chef will be part of a team including 3 Pastry Chefs and only work with the freshest and seasonal ingredients.
There is a supportive kitchen team and an experienced, hands-on, award-winning Head Chef to work with and learn from.
The Pastry Junior Sous Chef role is for an immediate start.
The Pastry Junior Sous Chef will receive:
£17 per hour
48 hours per week and over 5 days.
2 days off per week
