Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering high-quality educational programmes in Patisserie.
- Providing support and guidance to students and addressing challenges (there are opportunities to become an Assessor too).
- Integrating industry experience into teaching to offer practical insights.
- Promoting College values and adhering to safeguarding policies.
- Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities.
Requirements (Skills / Qualifications / Experience):
- Must have experience across a range of paste products, breads, petit fours, biscuits, cakes and sponges, hot and cold desserts to a high industry standard as well as food safety.
- Valuable experience in teaching or relevant industry expertise.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for education.
- Commitment to promoting student welfare and fostering inclusivity.
