About the Role:
As our Senior Chef de Partie, you'll be a key player in our kitchen, working across all sections and contributing to the creation of our high-quality dishes. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills, learn from experienced chefs, and further develop your culinary expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold dishes to our menu specifications.
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced culinary environment.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for food.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented approach.
- Minimum 1 year of section management experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of cooking experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience required.
