Requirements
- Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment.
- Leadership and team management abilities, being a leader from the front
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A passion for food and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Knowledge fine dining cooking
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and current food trends.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
